[Q] Do the bicycles come assembled?

 [A] We pack the bicycles ready for a very quick, straightforward re-assembly. Each bike has a pre-delivery inspection and test ride before dispatch.

[Q] When will I receive my bike?

[A] We ship several times per week using FedEx. Tracking numbers can be provided at shipment.

[Q] Do the bicycles come with a warranty?

[A] We offer a 1-year warranty on the frame and non-consumable parts (Tyres, tubes, saddle, handlebar grips, paint, etc are considered consumables). To make a warranty claim, you MUST be able to provide the frame number found stamped into the bottom bracket shell . When you receive your bicycle, you should immediately file this S/N in a safe place.  We record every serial number by the date of purchase—if you need to file a warranty claim email must be  sent to  admin@fixeibikes.com and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged part, rather than the entire bicycle.
